In the urban context of the Roflano Quarter, among the streets of Ripatransone's historic center, we can find an example of the various treasures the City offers us: the Narrowest Alley in Italy. Wide 43 cm at the entrance, 38 cm at shoulder height, it narrows to 32 cm. It has all the requirements to be considered an "alley": it is paved, is walkable, connects two streets, and has at least one door or window (present in this case). Many other cities in Italy have tried to compete with the numbers of the Ripatransone Alley but without success, precisely because of its extraordinary characteristics. The Ripani say this is "the place where bodies shrink and wishes come true."
